THE HOUSE

The house has been remodeled as a true California ranch house. Inside the house, you can shoot in the kitchen which prides itself on the old commercial Wolf Range and it’s ‘farmhouse’ feeling.  There is a huge great room which offers lots of light and room for you to shoot in.  The front porch was added as an additional feature.   A living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms round out the house. 

 
 

THE PATIO & BACKYARD

The main feature of the house and backyard is the beautiful brick patio and undulating backyard.  The rose garden and abundance of flowers makes this a great location for outdoors.

 
 
 

THE GUEST APARTMENT

In addition to the main house, there is a guest apartment which is fully furnished as a “Western” feeling. Equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, this space functions great as a production space or additional shooting location.

 
 

THE BARNS

Two barns are located on the back acre of this property.  One is the newly remodeled 4-stall barn which also includes a tack room and a feed room.  It has been done in tongue and groove white pine which makes for quite a statement.  The second barn is also a 4-stall barn made out of concrete block.  It has an overhang for weather purposes for the animals.  It abuts to a large pasture which has the three red sheds.

 
 

THE RIDING ARENA

There is a very large riding arena which can be utilized for any horse activity or can be used for crew parking.  Overflow parking is available around the neighborhood where you can also set up base camp.

 
 

THE PASTURE

Besides the riding arena, there is a 1-acre pasture behind the barns which can also be used for filming as well.
